How we work
A house under construction should still feel like a household. Site visit, then a written price, then permits, then the work.
You write or call. We ask about the house — custom home, addition, kitchen, or millwork — and the budget range. If the project is a fit, we schedule a visit.
We walk the property, measure, and look at structure and roof. We price after we have seen the house.
Scope, allowance logic, schedule, and what is not included. Design-build projects begin with a planning agreement; drawings-ready projects move to a construction contract.
Florida residential permitting commonly runs 30–60 days depending on the jurisdiction and whether structural work is involved. We file, respond, and keep you current.
A named project manager. Regular updates. Selections locked before they hold up the field. Dust contained as much as a living house allows.
Walkthrough, punch list, and final invoice after the work is complete.
